I have led multiple projects prior, and was also sent to the USA and Off-shore to go personally train QA teams on a very large project.
The ''Lead'' position in some companies I have worked with is often considered the equivalent of Project Manager elsewhere, we take care of KPIs, Budget financing, calculating and discussing the cost with the client.
